Here at Take Action in Fashion, we know that collaboration and growth go hand in hand. That is why we are a centralized hub for everything sustainable fashion- compiling our own resources with those of our partner organizations. Our goal is to bring awareness to the environmental and social impacts of the fashion industry, and to provide people with the power and resources to make a difference.

My name is Miranda Moore.
I am a certified Environmental Engineer (EIT) and Sustainability Professional (ENV-SP), and the proud founder of Take Action in Fashion. When I first learned about the impact the fashion industry has on people and the planet, my life was changed forever. Since then, I have used my career, partnerships with brands and nonprofits, and my advocacy in the Miss America Organization to engage others in the sustainable fashion movement.
